Here is a Salt and Pepper shaker rack my brother made for our mom.  It is made of rustic cherry.  My brother did a nice job on this project, and my mom has already almost filled it up.  It is 32" wide (mounts well with 16" studs).  The spacing between shelves gets smaller as the shelves become smaller.  Overall it is about 28" tall.
